Recruitment Video.

The challenge.

Like many of clients, we’ve worked with 3Squared before on another few projects so it was great to be invited back to their Sheffield office to create another video for them. This time, it was for a recruitment video. The video had to be quick, get across lots of perks and pluses of working at 3Squared and also be highly engaging. The culture at 3Squared is modern, fun and lively so we had to filter that into the video.

The solution.

Maintaining engagement within training videos is key to their success. To do this, we filmed a variety of different types of videos: straight to the camera lessons, staff testimonials and staff interviews. We also filmed them differently, with the straight to cam videos being shot against an infinite white background and the staff videos shot in-store with negative space on the left of frame. Both of these styles allow for great graphic and text integration to boost engagement and emphasise key points. The videos have been hugely effective and successful so far, with T-Three and Sainsbury’s commissioning many more training videos.
